You are an experienced Enterprise Applications Analyst with deep expertise in CRM and enterprise business systems. You excel at improving sales, service, and operational efficiency by configuring CRM platforms, designing workflows, and optimizing data flows across connected applications.

In this role, you will play a key part in building and sustaining a CRM application ecosystem. What you will do:

Systems Analysis & Design

  • Partner with business stakeholders to analyse workflows, gather requirements, and translate them into functional and technical specifications for CRM and integrated systems.
  • Maintain accurate documentation including data models, data field mappings, process flow and system architecture , and across CRM and connected platforms.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization, including opportunities to leverage platform capabilities, and AI-driven enhancements 

Configuration & Integration

  • Configure and enhance CRM, CPQ, Field Services or relevant modules, supporting end-to-end workflows across sales and service teams.
  • Design, implement, and maintain integrations between CRM, and external applications using APIs, middleware, and automation platforms to ensure reliable, timely data synchronization.
  • Build scalable automation using workflows, low-code tools, and targeted customizations for complex logic that cannot be handled through configuration alone.
  • Administer security and access controls—including roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and login/security policies—to maintain appropriate access and strong data governance.
  • Manage platform components such as validation rules, approval processes, metadata changes, and page layouts to ensure accurate, consistent, and user-friendly system behavior.

Data Management, Reporting & Analytics

  • Support data management activities including data migration, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation across CRM and integrated systems.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards, ensuring visibility into KPIs for sales, service, and operations.
  • Write and run SQL (or equivalent) queries to validate data, troubleshoot issues, and support integration troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to align on data governance, reporting standards, and dashboards used across the organization.

Testing, Support & Continuous Improvement

  • Lead and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and release validation for CRM changes and cross-system updates.
  • Provide day-to-day CRM and application support, diagnosing root causes, resolving issues, and coordinating with vendors or internal technical teams as needed.
  • Contribute to change management with release notes, documentation, training materials, and communication plans.

Stakeholder Engagement & Governance

  • Build strong relationships across sales, operations, customer success, and technical teams.
  • Clearly translate technical concepts into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise CRM standards, data governance requirements, and best practices.

Requirements

We want you to succeed so you will need:

  • 5–7 years of hands-on CRM and enterprise applications implementation experience, including configuration, reporting, workflow management, and ongoing system support.
  • Experience with integrations, including designing or supporting APIs, middleware, multi-system data flows, workflow automation, and troubleshooting synchronization issues.
  • Familiarity with security and access management (roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, login/security policies).
  • Ability to make customizations, or scripting logic to support automation or troubleshoot integrations.
  • Proficiency in Reports/Dashboards and SQL or equivalent querying tools.
  • Strong experience with data management, data validation, and data reconciliation across CRM and connected systems.

Salary range: $110,000 to $130,000 per year

We publish a salary range to provide transparency and represent the full growth potential of the role; as a result, salary offers are made based on demonstrated mastery and experience and generally fall near the midpoint.

This role is open to candidates based in Vancouver, BC (hybrid work model), or remote within Canada. Remote employees are expected to work primarily within Pacific Time (PST) business hours, with occasional flexibility for later hours to coordinate with the Perth, Australia region.

RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕES:

Lifecycle & CRM – (Land)
(Aquisição via base: nutrição, cadências, recuperação e reativação de leads)

  • Operar e evoluir réguas de relacionamento com foco em aquisição via base, estruturando fluxos para:

    • estimular levantada de mão

    • gerar MQLs

    • apoiar geração de New MRR

  • Executar cadências automáticas de:

    • nutrição de base (contatos e negócios)

    • recuperação de leads frios/descartados

    • reativação de base para retorno ao funil

    • estímulo de conversão via base (ex.: convites, ofertas, conteúdos e gatilhos orientados à ação)

  • Criar e operar segmentações considerando:

    • histórico de interação e intenção

    • perfil/ICP

    • país (Brasil e LATAM)

  • Garantir consistência de cadência e priorização, para reduzir dependência exclusiva de mídia paga e ampliar a eficiência do funil via base própria.

Lifecycle & CRM – (Expand)
(Clientes: onboarding, ativação, engajamento, retenção e expansão)

  • Operar e evoluir réguas e automações para a base de clientes, incluindo:

    • onboarding

    • ativação de produto

    • engajamento e adoção de funcionalidades

    • retenção

  • Executar cadências de:

    • recuperação de inatividade (queda de uso, ausência de eventos críticos, redução de usuários ativos)

    • reativação de clientes churnados (winback) quando fizer sentido

  • Identificar, junto aos times de CS e Growth, sinais e oportunidades de:

    • upsell (upgrade de plano)

    • cross-sell

    • add-ons

  • Executar comunicações de expansão baseadas em uso, maturidade e valor percebido, apoiando a estratégia comercial sem pressão direta.

CRM, automação e dados
(segmentação, governança e execução)

  • Operar de forma avançada ferramentas de CRM e automação (ex.: HubSpot, Salesforce ou similares).

  • Criar e manter:

    • segmentações

    • listas dinâmicas

    • propriedades e campos do CRM

    • regras de entrada/saída em fluxos e estágios

  • Garantir qualidade e padronização:

    • higiene de base

    • governança de campos

    • consistência de nomenclaturas e critérios

  • Configurar UTMs/regras de tracking quando aplicável para garantir rastreabilidade entre CRM ↔ funil ↔ receita (em parceria com Growth/Ops).

Dashboards, análises e documentação
(visão de Land + Expand + conversão)

  • Criar, manter e evoluir dashboards operacionais e gerenciais de CRM e lifecycle, contemplando:

    • visão de Land (aquisição via base): geração de demanda, levantada de mão, MQLs, conversões

    • visão de Expand (clientes): ativação, engajamento, retenção, churn e expansão influenciada

    • visão de funil e conversão: taxas por etapa, contribuição de CRM no pipeline e em MRR

  • Acompanhar métricas e gerar insights contínuos, como:

    • MQLs e oportunidades geradas via base

    • conversão por segmento/país

    • churn e sinais de risco

    • expansão influenciada por comunicações e estágios

  • Documentar e manter atualizado:

    • réguas de relacionamento

    • lógica de segmentação e critérios

    • regras de automação

    • dicionário de campos/eventos quando aplicável

    • leitura e governança dos dashboards

Atuação Brasil & LATAM (operação e adaptação regional)

  • Atuar com CRM e lifecycle para Brasil e América Latina, garantindo consistência e escala.

  • Adaptar cadências e mensagens considerando:

    • idioma e variações regionais

    • maturidade de mercado

    • comportamento e contexto cultural

  • Levar insights estruturados de LATAM para Growth, CS e Produto, contribuindo para decisões e priorização.

REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES

O que você precisa ter:

  • Experiência prévia com CRM, automação de marketing e/ou lifecycle.

  • Vivência em ambiente B2B e/ou SaaS (preferencialmente com base SMB).

  • Perfil analítico e organizado: capacidade de atuar com dados, dashboards e processos.

  • Boa comunicação e habilidade de trabalhar com times multidisciplinares (Growth, Sales, Revops, CS, Produto).

Diferenciais que brilham os olhos:

  • Experiência avançada com HubSpot (ou ferramentas equivalentes) e automações mais complexas.

  • Experiência com Looker / Looker Studio, GA4 e leitura de funil/conversões.

  • Vivência com reativação de base e geração de demanda via CRM.

  • Espanhol intermediário/avançado para suportar operação e comunicação com LATAM.

Position Summary
The Sales & Operations Specialist will work with the Adept Sales team assisting in generating sales quotes and processing orders. Will work with the Finance team to ensure order integrity. Will assist Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to support overall business needs. 

Duties & Responsibilities 

Sales

  • Will own Quote-to-Order processes
  • Responsible to create and update sales quotes
  • Will assist sales with Licensing and Pricing strategies in Excel

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 5 years in a Sales Support role
  • Accounting experience desired
  • Experience in a CRM solution required, Salesforce experience a plus
  • Experience in MS Office applications with intermediate MS Excel skills required
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects with shifting priorities 
  • Good verbal and written communication skills

Copper is looking for a positive, customer-oriented Staff Software Engineer to join one of our product development teams. You will act as a Technical Lead on projects, guiding architectural decisions and sharing your knowledge to mentor other engineers. You will work in Copper’s server tech stack for the purpose of adding and improving features for our CRM and advancing the overall technology platform.

At Copper, we have highly collaborative cross-functional teams, so you will need to be comfortable coordinating with team members composed of client and server engineers, QA engineers, product managers, and user-experience designers, across the entire software development lifecycle and tech stack. At times, you will also be working closely with the DevOps Team to help resolve application related infrastructure issues.

Your influence will help shape Copper’s decisions at all stages of the software development lifecycle – definition, development, delivery, and observability. You like to solve problems, guide architectures, and set engineering best practices.

This role reports into an Engineering Manager and is a fully remote position. You will work closely with our product and engineering team members located across the US, Canada, and UK.

Our tech stack is Ruby on Rails, Ember.js, WebExtensions, Postgres, OpenSearch, Redis, and Resque. We use containerization and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

What you’ll do…

  • Drive the design and implementation of highly scalable and available distributed SaaS solutions.
  • Participate in critical component design and advise on strategic technical direction.
  • Work closely with architects, team leaders and engineers to implement solutions.
  • Mentor and train fellow software engineers on software development best practices.
  • Research and recommend new technologies to ensure application scalability, maintainability and quality.
  • Ensure technical documentation for solution designs is created and maintained.
  • Drive quality through the creation of end-to-end tests.
  • Collaborate with peers and stakeholders for technology advancement and product delivery.
  • Participate in Product discussions to advise on and influence the roadmap.

What you’ll bring …

  • 8+ years of experience in backend engineering, with 2+ years in a Staff. Ideally, you’ll have some experience focused on both front-end and back-end technologies simultaneously.
  • Expertise in Ruby on Rails with ability to ramp quickly.
  • Deep knowledge of distributed systems, database design, and API architecture.
  • Experience with queuing systems (Resque or similar), caching, and search indexing tools.
  • Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tooling, with experience optimizing build, test, and deployment workflows in modern engineering environments.
  • Comfortable working in Kubernetes-based environments and with cloud infrastructure (e.g. AWS).
  • Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration and technical leadership skills.
  • Experience working with, evolving, and improving large codebases.
  • Experience growing code, systems, and capacity for performance and scale.
  • A track record of championing observability, including monitoring, alerting, and debugging workflows across complex systems.
  • Familiarity with incident management and postmortem culture.
  • Ability to work seamlessly with remote Engineering and Product teams throughout North America.
  • An approach where you always leave the campground cleaner than you found it.
