Product Strategy

  • Liaise with the Service Delivery team to ensure proper production release procedures are followed.
  • Lead/Support Product Owners in the development and maintenance of product backlogs, aligned with product roadmaps.
  • Lead/Support Product Owners in the presentation of interim and final solutions to the business owners for approval and feedback.
  • Lead/Support Product Owners in the development process, and monitor the progress of the activities assigned to the development team and to ensure accurate, timely delivery of prioritized product releases.
  • Lead/Support Product Owners in collaborating with the testing team to ensure the functional and technical compatibility of the product with the requirements.

The base salary compensation range for this role is $105,000 to $140,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Required Skills & Qualifications:
Candidate can be located anywhere in the US. This position will require travel to project locations.
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution in Computer Science/ Information Systems Management or related field required. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
7+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, with deep expertise in Sales and Service modules.
Strong experience in CRM architecture, solution design, and technical leadership.
Hands-on experience with on-prem CRM infrastructure and cloud-based D365.
Guide team for Power Platform support, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse integrations.
Proven track record in bug fixing, RCA, and support operations.

Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows: 
In CA/ WA/NY/CO/MD/IL/MN/NJ: $94,000 to $131,600.
In Washington, DC: $85,700 to $124,600

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining training materials for our client-facing teams (sales, customer success, support) and partners. This will include designing learning solutions, developing product-related content, assessing its effectiveness, and improving it based on feedback.

You will interact with stakeholders across the company and specifically with product managers and client-facing teams. You will be part of a fast-paced and collaborative team, reporting to the Product Enablement Team Lead.

  • Develop product-related curriculums and content such as presentations, videos, eLearning, workshops, quizzes, and more
  • Work with multiple SMEs and under a tight timeline
  • Manage projects to ensure that content is created and deployed properly in accordance with the project plan
  • Analyze programs’ effectiveness, user satisfaction, and work to improve them
  • 2-4 years of experience in instructional design – must
  • Developing product-related e-learning content using authoring tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Rise, Genially, and being familiar with LMS 
  • Working in a global, fast-paced environment. Experience in the SaaS industry is an advantage.

The Role

The Sales Solutions Engineer will be a crucial member of our sales team, facilitating advanced demonstrations and developing tailored solutions for sales engagements with both the US and UK markets, including prominent partners like Hyland and local government customers. This role requires mastering the Jadu Platform and associated partner products to deliver comprehensive end-to-end solutions. It is key to supporting the growth of our US partner strategy by providing extended partner support, spanning the support of partner-led sales through to the successful deployment and handover of the platform to the partner, supporting and working closely with our US Alliance Manager and VP of Partner Operations. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations that showcase the value of the Jadu Platform to potential clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions that meet their business needs.
  • Provide technical and functional support during the sales process, including responding to RFPs/RFIs and preparing detailed technical proposals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team, professional services and DevOps team to support the US Alliance team (and partners) from the point of sale through to the successful deployment and handover of the platform to our partners.
  • Support the US Alliance team by acting as a single point of contact for our partners during the deployment process, leading on coordination of internal teams and partner communication until successful deployment and handover of the platform. 
  • Work closely with product management and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and influence the product development roadmap.
  • Stay abreast of product updates and industry trends to provide expert advice and support to clients.
  • Train and support partners and customers on product capabilities and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical sales, solutions engineering, or a similar role within the software/technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies and digital transformation strategies, particularly in the public sector and enterprise software.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of conveying technical information clearly and persuasively.
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, demonstrations, and partner support.
  • Experience with CRM systems, low-code platforms, and cloud solutions is highly desirable.
