Job Description

About the Role 

We are seeking a Business Process Consultant (BPC) to join the NowNext CRM Execution Team. As the process expert and trusted advisor, you will engage directly with business stakeholders to analyze, design, and optimize end-to-end workflows across sales, CPQ/CLM, order management, customer service, field service, and AI-driven use cases. 

You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery, ensuring that solutions built on the ServiceNow Now Platform — and integrated with systems like Salesforce, Pega, Dynamics, Oracle, or SAP — deliver measurable outcomes. This role is ideal for experienced CRM/CSM consultants with strong process re-engineering and change management skills, and the ability to influence senior leaders while collaborating closely with technical teams. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Consult & Advise 

  • Serve as the functional and process expert during customer engagements. 

  • Guide customers on configuration vs. customization and adoption of best practices. 

  • Advise senior leaders on process optimization and AI/automation opportunities. 

  • Requirements & Solution Design 

  • Lead workshops with business sponsors and SMEs to capture current-state processes and design future-state workflows. 

  • Translate requirements into business requirement workbooks, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test plans. 

  • Define KPIs and success measures to track value realization (cycle time, CSAT, case deflection, etc.). 

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Partner with Technical Consultants, Solution Architects, and Project Managers to ensure requirements flow into robust technical solutions. 

  • Support unit testing, UAT, and customer validation, ensuring business objectives are met. 

  • Monitor for scope creep and align with engagement managers to resolve issues. 

  • Process Improvement & Change Management 

  • Analyze processes to identify areas for automation, AI agent adoption, and continuous improvement. 

  • Develop adoption strategies, training materials, and change management plans to ensure successful rollout. 

  • Ensure user experience is prioritized — with logical flows, accessibility, and ease of use. 

  • Thought Leadership & Continuous Learning 

  • Stay current on ServiceNow capabilities, CRM/CSM trends, and AI innovations. 

  • Share best practices internally and externally, contributing to delivery playbooks and accelerators. 

  • Support pre-sales and solutioning activities as needed. 

Qualifications & Experience 

Required 

  • 5+ years of consulting or business process analysis experience in CRM, CSM, or ERP transformations. 

  • Proven expertise in one or more domains: Sales & Order Management (lead-to-cash, CPQ/CLM), Call Center/Service, Manufacturing workflows, or Field Service. 

  • Hands-on experience with at least one major CRM/workflow platform: Salesforce, Pega, ServiceNow, Dynamics, Oracle, or SAP. 

  • Demonstrated ability to influence and consult with senior leaders, providing solution options with pros/cons. 

  • Strong experience converting business requirements into functional and configuration requirements. 

  • Proficiency in process modeling and visualization tools (e.g., Visio, BPMN, workflow diagrams, wireframes). 

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills. 

Certification Requirements 

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – required within 60–90 days of hire if not already certified. 

  • At least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification in CSM, FSM, or Sales – required within the first 6–12 months of hire, depending on project alignment. 

  • Continued professional growth through additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., App Dev, CPQ/CLM once available) encouraged and supported. 

Preferred 

  • ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CIS-CSM, CIS-FSM, CIS-Sales (or within 90 days). 

  • Salesforce certifications (Admin, Service/Sales Cloud, CPQ Consultant) or Pega BA/CSA certifications. 

  • Knowledge of AI/automation projects (chatbots, NLP, predictive analytics, agentic AI).

Principal Business Process Consultant 

  • Acts as the process thought leader for customer engagements, engaging with senior executives and sponsors. 

  • Shapes end-to-end CRM transformation strategies (lead-to-cash, CPQ/CLM, service/field service) and ensures measurable business outcomes. 

  • Oversees multiple workstreams, coaches Senior Consultants, and mitigates risks around scope or adoption. 

  • Typically, 8–12+ years of enterprise CRM/CSM consulting experience with proven track record of leading large-scale transformations. 

  • Holds advanced certifications (ServiceNow CIS-CSM/FSM/Sales, Salesforce Service/Sales Cloud, Pega CSSA) and recognized for domain expertise.

About the Role

Join ServiceNow’s Solution Consulting team and help bring CRM and Industry Workflows to life. You’ll partner with sales, product, and customers to transform experiences through automation, AI, and digital innovation — all while having fun figuring out how to make complex systems feel simple for your customers.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Skills:

  • 7+ years in pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering, ideally with Enterprise Applications, CRM, or Customer Experience solutions.
  • Bonus points for experience in Manufacturing, Technology Providers, or Telecommunications.

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $146,625 to $241,950, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. 

Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Help lead the full CRM strategy across email, SMS, and push channels
  • Develop segmentation and personalization strategies to deliver better results
  • Build audiences and emails (including dynamic content) in SFMC
  • Design and optimize automated customer journeys, nurture campaigns, and trigger-based flows (e.g. welcome, education, targeted offers, referrals, win-back)
  • Manage CRM calendar and ensure alignment with broader marketing and promotional plans, as well as cross functional teams
  • Analyze performance KPIs (open rate, CTR, conversions, unsubscribe, sales per send) and optimize accordingly
  • Partner with sales to ensure cohesive experiences across all lead touchpoints
  • Stay up to date on compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR) and best practices
  • Manage CRM tech stack (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SalesForce Sales Cloud, Twilio)
  • Collaborate with the full marketing team on strategy, tactics, campaign themes and promotions to ensure a consistent user experience
  • Other tasks as assigned by management

Minimum Job Qualifications:

  • Must have 5–7+ years experience specifically in email, and/or SMS marketing roles; DTC experience preferred (some experience with lead conversion is ideal but not required)
  • Proven experience creating and scaling email & SMS programs that drive sales
  • Deep understanding of customer lifecycle stages and behavior-based targeting
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and analytics platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Twilio, Looker, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Excellent  project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Strong understanding of deliverability, compliance, and rules of email and SMS communications
  • Exceptional in critical thinking, problem solving and inquisitive mindset

Physical Demands

  • Must be able to sit or stand intermittently for the duration of a shift (8-12 hours)
  • Push/pull/lift up to 25 pounds

What Will You Do? 

As an Account Executive, you are responsible for developing new business in the region to support new revenue growth. You work towards an allocated new business sales revenue target within your territory. Reporting to the VP of Sales North America 

   

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Win new logos and strategic expansion sales revenue, in line with targets  
  • Create market development strategy and execute on it 
  • Work on a defined customer list and coordinate the sales activities there 
  • Identify and cover all organizations that fall into your designated account list focusing on building a strong pipeline and closing opportunities according to quarterly and annual targets 
  • Build a full enterprise account plan that outlines the strategy to maximize the total account revenue 
  • Promote and sell the entire appropriate Panaya portfolio to the different customer stakeholders 
  • Re-engage with former customers and create new revenue from existing strategic customers by up-and cross-selling 
  • Generating and following up on leads 
  • Qualifying leads and prioritizing opportunities  
  • Work with presales, marketing, and other Lines of Business to maximize the return from the assigned set of accounts 
  • Attend local and regional tradeshows to promote Panaya and uncover new business opportunities 

 

  • Native Portuguese speaker 
  • Experience selling SAP solutions – Must! 
  • At least 5 years of experience in partner sales, with a proven track record of generating revenue and closing business through strategic partnerships. 
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales of complex software solutions, preferably SaaS 
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales within the Brazil market. 
  • Ambitious and hungry to win new business, overachieve on quota and earn a great bonus

Overview

The primary focus of this role is to manage AirSculpt’s consumer marketing Email and SMS programs. This includes the technical management of campaign set up and deployment, as well as helping with creative, reporting and strategy.
